This is your chance to meet one on one with a nutritionist and decide if working with one is the right fit for you. This is NOT just a sales pitch call. 


30-Minute Sessions 

Choose from a group of experienced specialists with advanced training and degrees, including Registered Dietitians, Holistic Nutritionists, and Naturopathic Doctors. Meet with your nutritionist once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month.


Through individual video appointments and in-app messages, your nutritionist will help you create nutrition and lifestyle changes tailored to your goals and background, whether you're a high-performance athlete, on a weight loss journey, or just getting started.


Weekly Nutrition and Wellness Plans After Your Session

We know that every person is unique. That's why the SPENGA Nutrition program identifies each client's specific dietary and lifestyle needs and predispositions to create the most comprehensive and sophisticated programs, including nutrition, hydration, stress management, sleep, activity, and lifestyle habits.


Your nutritionist will help you understand your body's unique needs by analyzing blood tests, DNA, hormones, personality, and lifestyle.

Support and Accountability 

You won't be alone on this journey to becoming a better you. Not only can you connect with your nutritionist through your computer, tablet, or phone, but you can also do so according to your schedule, additionally, you'll benefit from automated data tracking. Your nutritionist will track your progress via the mobile app and check in with you a couple of times during the week through the app or an SMS message. 

You'll have access to detailed information available in educational e-books and weekly articles. Your coach will also provide you with all the necessary information.
