We’ll kick off with a quick discussion to address any concerns or fears you may have about working out. Whether it’s worrying you’ll be the only one out of shape or feeling unsure about using the equipment, we’re here to listen and reassure you. Bring any questions or barriers you’ve been facing, and we’ll tackle them together.
2. Equipment fitting and spin basics
Next, you’ll learn how to properly fit yourself for a spin bike. We’ll show you how to adjust the settings for your comfort and explain how resistance works to help you find your zones (and stay in them!). You’ll get a demo of our spin system to help you feel confident hopping on the bike.
3. Strength training introduction
We’ll move on to the strength training area, where you’ll get a hands-on feel for our equipment. Don’t worry if you’re not sure how to use it yet—that’s exactly why we’re here! You’ll be guided step-by-step through light exercises as you familiarize yourself with the setup.
4. Yoga fundamentals
Finally, we’ll cool things down with a basic yoga overview. You’ll learn a few simple poses that we commonly use in sessions, helping you ease into improved flexibility and balance.
5. Community connection
